An entrepreneur and impact leader, Shiza Shahid co-founded the Malala Fund with Nobel Prize winner Malala Yousafzai to create access to high-quality education for all children around the world. At Elmhurst College, Shahid will describe her work with Malala, her funding platform NOW Ventures, her struggle to create social change, and how ordinary people can make extraordinary waves.

Audience members using the accessible entrance may ask a companion or nearby person to present their ticket to any usher.
Limited parking near the chapel. If you can’t find an accessible spot, then briefly park your car near the ramp entrance to the accessible entrance, assist your friend, and then park your car in another spot.
Accessible listening system is available at the will-call table in the main entry. Audience members tell us that they hear the music fine, but the ALS helps them hear announcements from the stage.View less
