Arts & Culture Center: Peter Hagerty and Sarah Donnelly

Presented by Wheaton Public Library at Wheaton Public Library

Wheaton Public Library (WPL) welcomes local artists to exhibit their work and community groups to present their organization in the Arts & Culture Center, located on the first floor of the library.

The purpose of the Arts & Culture Center is to introduce local and regional artists to the public as well as serve as an informational display space for community partners or upcoming events.

PETER HAGERTY

I am a Chicago-born artist and have been creating exhibits for over 12 years which showcase the culture of Chicago. I want these exhibitions to be an educational event for the viewer. This current installment highlights some of the greats of the Chicago Blues genre of music.

SARAH DONNELLY

Novel Designs by Sarah—Repurposing Books One Page at a Time

I create one of a kind book page arrangements, book page hydrangeas and book page wreaths with old and used books that are graciously donated and thrifted. I also make every effort to utilize repurposed vases and containers found at estate sales as well as thrift and antique stores. I also LOVE custom orders which includes wedding, special occasion and holiday arrangements.
