The Wheaton College Conservatory of Music presents an alumni organ recital featuring the Great Lakes Duo, with organist, Rhonda Sider Edgington, and trumpeter, Brian Reichenbach, trumpet, performing on the new Taylor & Boody tracker pipe organ. The concert will feature a wide variety of musical styles, including contemporary works by Wheaton composers, Brenda Portman and William Phemister, hymn arrangements, and trumpet tunes.
Both artists are Wheaton College Conservatory graduates, with Rhonda Sider Edgington studying with Edward Zimmerman, and Brian Reichenbach with Terry Schwartz. Both artists have concertized throughout the USA and Europe and beyond, receiving rave reviews.
