Cantigny Spring Fling

Cantigny Spring Fling

Presented by Cantigny Park at Cantigny Park

At the greenhouse, rarely open to the public, visitors can take a tour and see the beautiful flowers and plants before they ship out to the Cantigny gardens. Horticulture staff members will answer gardening questions and representatives from local “green institutions” will share updates on their vital work in our communities.

Outside the greenhouse, Gleeson Irish Trio will entertain guests. Food trucks with tasty treats will be on hand and so will yard games like cornhole or giant Jenga. Kids will enjoy garden-themed crafts and storytime sessions about the wonders of spring.

At the Visitors Center, a marketplace will feature goods from more than 30 independent vendors and locally owned businesses. From sweets and jewelry to artisan soap and stationery, shoppers will find plenty of irresistible merchandise, perfect for gift giving.

Spring Fling will encompass most areas of Cantigny Park, with guided garden tours, History Hikes, and Tank Park tours throughout the day. An hour-by-hour schedule of events is available here.

Parking for Spring Fling is at the Visitors Center. Trams will be available to and from the greenhouse.
