The Politics and International Relations Department at Wheaton College presents the Amstutz Award Lecture entitled “Selfless Service: What Does That Really Mean?,” a lecture by Major General Mark Inch, U.S. Army (ret.).

Amstutz Awardee Major General Mark Inch, U.S. Army (ret.) is a member of the Wheaton College Class of 1982, majoring in archeology. He served as Florida's 12th Secretary of Corrections from January 2019 until his retirement in December 2021, completing 40 years of public service. The Amstutz Award recognizes the contribution of a Wheaton College graduate for outstanding public service. Major General Inch is a worthy recipient of this award!
