“Be Bold. Be Elmhurst” reads the large-scale mural in Elmhurst by Rafael Blanco, originally from Spain, and current Assistant Professor at Elmhurst University. Learn more about his public artworks, including the mural in Elmhurst, by Blanco who focuses his work on identity, human expression, and diversity & inclusion. Blanco began his career as a classically trained studio painter, but has focused on public art since 2014, especially large-scale murals.
