This July at Memorial Park in Wheaton, the Chicago Philharmonic Chamber returns with an outdoor tango-inspired chamber program Una Noche de Tango that highlights the music of Astor Piazzolla, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Manuel de Falla, and more.
The Chicago Philharmonic Society is a collaboration of the highest-level classical musicians performing in the Chicago metropolitan area. Governed under a groundbreaking structure of musician leadership, the Society covers the full spectrum of symphonic music. The Society’s orchestra, known simply as the Chicago Philharmonic, has been called one of the country’s finest symphonic orchestras, and its unique chamber music ensembles, which perform as Chicago Phil Chamber, draw from its vast pool of versatile musicians.
Tickets are $10
All guests, regardless of age, are required to have a Summer Entertainment Series concert ticket.
Concert goers are allowed to bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
On-site food and beverage options will be available for purchase including pre-packaged snacks, concessions, and beverages including beer, wine, hard seltzer, soda and water. Menu subject to change.
