Wheaton Public Library’s April Exhibit at the Arts & Culture Center
Vallari Talapatra feels most alive when immersed in observing the world around her. She has been taking snapshots in her mind before ever having a camera. Vallari’s background of being an Architect and a Landscape Designer has helped her to continue to become a keen observer and planner.
As she tells her students when teaching design, a plan is worth every minute you spend on it. It is the same with pictures - as Vallari likes to tell a story through each of them and to do that she concentrates on the "right moment".
Admission is free.
