West Suburban Symphony & Chorus Concert: Symphony & Song

West Suburban Symphony & Chorus Concert: Symphony & Song

Presented by West Suburban Symphony at North Central College - Wentz Concert Hall

THE WEST SUBURBAN SYMPHONY SINGERS return to the stage to bring you an entertaining suite of short songs, complementing our orchestra’s performance of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Symphony 40, one of his most popular works. Fellow composer Franz Schubert said of this symphony: “You can hear the angels singing in it.”

Our earthly chorus will sing an energetic medley from Hamilton along with Seasons of Love from Rent. Additional songs include Danny Boy, American spiritual and folk tunes, and a few surprises.

Note: This concert will be presented without intermission and run for about 75 minutes. All performers will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
