This exhibition features the work of members of Midwest Collage Society.
Collage artists are the archaeologists of our time. They are collectors of today's physical remains and discarded items: rusty nails, scrapped pottery, castaway coins, abandoned jewelry, torn book pages. They are savers of ephemera. In this exhibit, members of the Midwest Collage Society have harnessed their imaginations to create collaged works of art using this found detritus.
