Just in time for Mother’s Day, attendees will learn some general guidelines for creating a beautiful cheese platter that is sure to please. Presenter Meredith Meder, ACS CCP, will also discuss cutting and plating techniques throughout the class. All registrants will receive a suggested shopping list prior to the class so they can taste their way through the cheese board at home.
