This year we commemorate the 30th anniversary of Desert Storm/Desert Shield, a war in the Middle East that lasted only 100 hours. American soldiers mobilized massive machinery and new technology to remove Saddam Hussein’s army from neighboring Kuwait.
Steve Fixler has “driven nearly every tank at Cantigny” during his 25 years in the military and will share his stories as a veteran of Desert Storm and Desert Shield.
