This class is about hollow form beads. Consideration unique to hollow form pieces, is the design needs to incorporate vents to allow hot air to escape while soldering. These vents will be in the form of pierced design elements. We will be starting with a flat sheet of silver, cutting and forming discs, learning to saw pierce designs in the surface, and soldering the two halves together. Materials include enough silver to make a single bead up to 1-1/4″ diameter, or multiple smaller beads -time permitting .Beads shown are about 5/8″ diameter.
