Did you know 2020 is the year of the stage manager? One hundred years ago, stage managers were incorporated into the Actors Equity Association! In celebration, we are sitting down (remotely) with our own resident stage manager, Becky Robbins, to chat with her about her job. Becky will explain what stage managers do, how they do it, and why we should love them! This 45-minute class will be a brief overview of stage management with a fun, behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to sit in the stage manager’s chair, followed by an open Q&A session.
