Learn different methods of creating a dance for a musical production, how to observe and analyze choreography, and figure out your own style. Be immersed in the choreographer position as you explore realistic theatre scenarios that could potentially restrict or provide more freedom to your creativity. There is so much more to being a choreographer than simply dancing, so come learn a few tricks of the trade and become ready to share your art with the world! *Be prepared to complete work outside of class as this class does consist of a “Homework and Research” element.*
