While our doors are closed, you may be missing the Gene Siskel Film Center -- but we don't want you to miss out on the latest art house films! We're excited to be partnering with many of our regular film distributors in an effort to present new and noteworthy independent and international cinema on a screen (very!) near you. In fact, you might be staring at it.

Keep checking in for our updated streaming schedule, noting that new films will continue to be added as they're confirmed. You'll find a description and payment options. After your purchase, a link will be available for you to stream the film for a limited time period. Note that all proceeds during this challenging time will help keep the Film Center and the independent distributors, with whom we're partnering, operating.

To stay connected as a community, we're also creating Facebook events for each film we present. We know you have no shortage of opinions on cinema, so we encourage you to utilize our Facebook events as a way to express your thoughts, insights, and questions. We also plan to schedule some virtual discussions, moderated by respected film critics, filmmakers, and lecturers, so we can all chat as a group. After all, it's that sense of community many of us are missing the most.

Please note that, in order to provide you with the best films possible, our streaming options are coming from multiple sources. Therefore, the prices may vary, and we may be unable to offer discounts to our members. To compensate, your membership expiration dates will be extended to exclude this time of suspended programming.
