The DanceWest Ballet production of The Nutcracker is an annual holiday tradition in Naperville. DanceWest Ballet presents its 26th production of The Nutcracker, one of the world's most beautiful and engaging ballets. Presented in its entirety, DanceWest's Artistic Directors, Regina and Ricardo Moyano, have ensured that their version of The Nutcracker is an accurate depiction of the original ballet; incorporating exceptional and stunning costumes, lights, scenery and choreography. Guest artists include: Katia Carranza, current principal dancer with Miami City Ballet and Eduardo Pi, formerly Ballet De Monterrey, Mexico. More world-renowned guest artists augment the cast. Over 130 children from throughout DuPage County participate.
