SHOP CANTIGNY ON “MUSEUM STORE SUNDAY”

Presented by Cantigny Park at Cantigny Park

Museum Store Sunday, a worldwide shopping event, is sponsored by the Museum Store Association (MSA). More than 1,200 stores are involved, including the Cantigny Shop and its companion outlet, the First Division Museum Outpost.

Cantigny’s retail shops will offer 10% off all items on Museum Store Sunday, excluding sale merchandise. The Cantigny Shop’s first 25 customers will receive a gift, and a free Cantigny holiday ornament goes with all purchases of $25 or more. Park visitors can also enter a raffle to win a one-year membership or a basket of best-selling Cantigny merchandise.

“We are proud to participate and offer quality gifts filled with inspiration and educational value,” said Alicia Catalano, Cantigny Park’s manager of membership and retail operations, and treasurer of MSA’s Midwest Chapter. “We’ll be showcasing a broad assortment of unique, mission-related gifts and every purchase directly supports the educational mission of Cantigny.”

Museum Store Sunday, now in its third year, is the global annual day to “Be a Patron” through conscientious shopping that supports museum stores and their missions. For more information and a current list of museum store participants, visit www.museumstoresunday.org.

Separately, the Cantigny Shop and First Division Museum Outpost were awarded Store of the Month for September 2019 by the Museum Store Association. The MSA program recognizes outstanding achievement within the museum store community and provides special recognition and appreciation for the unique and diverse stores of its members.
