Reading At The Wade - Fall 2019

Presented by The Marion E. Wade Center at Marion E. Wade Center of Wheaton College

In The Problem of Pain, C.S. Lewis examines a universally applicable question within the human condition: “If God is good and all-powerful, why does he allow his creatures to suffer pain?” With his signature wealth of compassion and insight, Lewis offers answers to these crucial questions and shares his hope and wisdom to help heal a world hungering for a true understanding of human nature.

Books will be available for purchase at the Wade Center Bookshop at a 15% discount for group participants. The discussion groups are free and open to the public and will take place in the Marion E. Wade Center classroom. Though not necessary, advance registration is appreciated.
