This nationally recognized festival is St. Charles' signature event, featuring a Scarecrow Contest with over 100 unique, handmade scarecrows. Other festival favorites include the Make-Your-Own Scarecrow station, carnival and craft show. Located in beautiful downtown St. Charles, this is Fall at it's finest.
