“Afraid of My Own Strength in A Minor” featuring Author Reggie & Cellist Dorothy Deen

Reggie Legend is back for another night of rhythm & poetry...and this time, he's joined by local professional performing cellist Dorothy Deen, who will be doing jazz improvisation in A Minor. Reggie will be reading a piece from his first book of poetry entitled: "Afraid of My Own Strength." The poem takes a critical look at many of the flawed idols and tropes that exist in the images and roles models of the entertainment industry from a minority's perspective.
