The White Sox Then and Now

The White Sox Then and Now

Presented by Addison Historical Museum at Addison Historical Museum

Richard C. Lindberg, official team historian since 1985,  will present an overview  history of the South Side team; the colorful history of this “underdog” ball club and it’s struggle to survive and thrive in a competitive two-team City dominated by the Cubs.  The presentation features an insider's view and interpretation of the team and its front office and many unusual and never before seen images. Learn more about how  the Village of Addison almost became the "new home" to the franchise in the mid 1980's.

The program is sponsored by the Addison Historical Society.
