After each performance, you are welcomed at a reception in the nearby Founder’s Room (originally the library of Joy Morton, the Arboretum’s founder) to converse with the artists and fellow audience members.

This program will include feature the ornate Partita No. 1 in B minor for violin by J.S. Bach. It is a series of elegant Baroque dances, each of which contains a "double," or variation on the original movement. The artist will also perform the iconic Sonata No. 3 in C Major, known for having been influenced by Bach's expertise as an organist.
