The Making of ME=WE Exhibit: An Asian Community Portrait by photographer, Wing Young Huie

A photographer and author who uses his art to explore cultural identity, Wing Young Huie spent a week in Naperville photographing residents of Chinese, Indian, and Japanese descent. A recent recipient of Minnesota's McKnight Distinguished Artists award, Huie will share his insights about his time in Naperville that resulted in the exhibit ME=WE: A Community Portrait. Funded by the National Endowment for the Arts. All patrons in attendance will receive a free gift!

ME=WE: A Community Portrait and Come As You Are, Naper Settlement’s 2018 signature exhibits celebrating Naperville’s Asian-American community, are on view now through November 9.
