The Village of Addison Fall Fest promises to be spooktacular this year.  Scheduled events include a Costume Contest from 1-2pm for four age groups:  3 and under, 4-6 years old, 7-9 years old and age 10 and up.  Trophies will be awarded to "Funniest" and "Most Creative" costumes in all age categories.  There will also be a decorated pumpkin contest.  Drop off decorated pumpkins at the Village Green between 12-2pm.  Contest winners will be announced at 3:30pm.

In addition to the contests, there will be free kids rides, hayrides, a Touch a Truck event, and crafts, games and goodies for all!  Food will be available for purchase from Muggs N Manor and Barb's Polish Deli.  Frank K. and Company will perform authentic Oompah music.

The museum will be presenting living Civil War history as part of the Fest. Members of the 8th Regiment of the Veteran Reserve Corp will portray soldiers, civilians and women of the Civil War era.  The Battlefield Balladeers will perform period music to bring to life the sounds of the Blue and Gray for all ages.

The museum buildings will also be open for touring.
