This forest therapy walk intertwines art and Shinrin-Yoku, the practice of bathing the senses in the atmosphere of the forest. Take a mindful walk with a certified Forest Therapy guide and create art inspired by the natural surroundings. Creating art in the forest is about the process and not the final product. Reflective journaling and tea made from plants foraged along the walk will conclude the experience.
Additional Classes are scheduled for Monday August 13, and Sunday September 16, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
