Tuesday- Flour and Fruit Summer is the best time to turn any fruit or vegetable into a wonderfully flavorful desert. This will be our focus on day one.
Wednesday- Lettuce Turnip the BeetsDay two serves as an introduction to vegetable and pastry. You may prefer your veggies hidden. You may prefer them freshly peeled. No matter what, we'll find somethin' you like- straight from the field.
Thursday- Sweet and SavoryLet's whip up some serious magic by exploring the versatility and brilliance that can take place when we get creative. Day three is all about combining contrasting flavors. With sweet and savory and a little bit o' pastry, you can have it all.NOTE: For all cooking camps, no nuts or nut based products will be used. But we will be cooking foods with gluten and dairy.
