I get inspired form every little thing in life from human emotions to nature and even machines and tools. Getting out side is always healthy as it boosts my energy and pushes me to decode the subject in my own vibrant and unique way.  Honestly I constantly see and experience “art” in all walk of life and without life too! Art is magical in a sense that whether it represent a total illusion or as it is as a real one, either way it may attain similar recognition and respect.  Interestingly, Art functions as multi-factorial unit. For instance, on one hand it prepares to embrace the reality, the challenges to overcome, the hope, and even to adapt in given complex situation, on the other side of spectrum it also gives the flexibility -the freedom, the air to explore what we want to become or accomplish. Ironically, human sufferings are also known inducers of imaginations, innovation and creativity lifting any given field including science or arts and I feel this is very catalytic in me.

I have strong desire and interest in creating innovative art expression.  Some of my original art work (oil-paintings; "Divine Inspiration", "Dance Party", & "The Unforgettable Ride") have been donated in the fund raising events ranging from CCOM (Student scholarships), to Saint Jude's Cancer Research.  I earned my PhD in Biotechnology and currently serve as a tenured faculty member (Associate Professor) in the Department of Microbiology & Immunology at Midwestern University.

I am also faculty adviser for "The Arts in Medicine Club" at Midwestern University.

Finally, I am humbly honored to be a part of the Du-Page Arts Foundation and I hope to continue exciting art work for the community and businesses.  I am looking forward for the future exciting opportunities and continue to have equally exciting learning experience.
