The Enclave

The Enclave is a co-working & BYOB social space designed to look and feel like a classic lounge. Members can bring their laptop and work during the day or share a drink with friends in the evening. There are no televisions and no bartenders. Instead, everyone is invited to enjoy conversation, read a book, or catch up with friends and neighbors – the way entertainment used to be, before the days of Netflix. We provide the space and all the fixings you need for a perfect night. Have a business meeting? We have conference rooms. Want to enjoy a glass of wine? Bring your friends and your favorite bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.

ATMOSPHERE

What do you want your atmosphere to be? With no bartender and a night that is what you make it, we hope you’ll find it anything but ordinary. Something that will intrigue you and your guests. You bring the vibe you want to bring. We give you a private, unknown, luxe space, and the rest is up to you.

SOCIAL SPACE

Sit back in a couch or cushy armchair with your friends for a toast to the end of a long work day, to celebrate a promotion or just to catch up. Bring out some board games or a deck of cards. Host a book club. Have a laugh, share your secrets or kick back and relax. We can’t say it enough–this is YOUR Enclave.

Pick your own music. No more bar music on repeat. Walk up to the iPad, open Spotify® and be in charge of your own tunes.

THE BAR

15 feet long and fully stocked with everything you might need for a memorable night. You bring your favorite alcohol; we provide the mixers and everything else you need to make that perfect drink.

CONFERENCE ROOMS

Big pitch or important signing? Reserve an impressive conference space and be ready to pop a bottle of bubbles when the deal is done.

PRIVATE AREAS

If you need to take a conference call or do some work, we have private phone booths that’ll do the job.
