Martina Mathisen will bring to life an array of fascinating women from history in this engaging one woman show.
In honor of Women's History month, the Addison Historical Society and the Addison Public Library are pleased to present "Women in History" by Martina Mathisen. Mathisen will portray 8 women from history, explore their life stories and the impact they had during their lifetime and today. The women who will be featured include: Annie Oakley, Harriet Tubman, Madame Curie, Clara Barton, Anne Sullivan, Florence Nightingale, Amelia Earhart and Bessie Coleman.
