Virtual Open Studio

The main goal of our virtual open studio hours is to provide a positive experience for people who would like to practice art making in a community setting.  It is designed to help minimize the impact of social isolation that some people are  experiencing during this time. People can grab any materials they have, even just paper and pen, and work whatever they want while socializing with others and getting new ideas.  There is also no pressure of showing what they are making to others.  Several of our open studio regulars have pointed out that participating in the group has made them take out art supplies that they haven’t used in a while and given them a needed push to create art again!
