Two Way Street Coffee House Celebrates 50 Years--Lee Murdock and Andrew Calhoun

On Friday, December 4th, Two Way Street Coffee House Friday Night Concert Series presents Lee Murdock and Andrew Calhoun.

We could not imagine a better way to end our virtual celebration with two artists that were not only performing at 2WS in the 1970s but who have continued to support us and perform regularly through the decades. For this concert we will present an extended Friday Night Concert and have the artists trade songs and stories related to Two Way Street Coffee House.

December marks the end of our five-week virtual celebration in honor of Two Way Street Coffee House’s 50th Anniversary!  Join us as we commemorate this final decade at the Two Way Street, honoring 50 years of artists, volunteers and patrons.  Representing the 1970s, Lee and Andrew perform original songs and old-time music. Through their performances, they both convey wisdom, love and the real emotion that speaks to all of us. Both are recognized authors with expertise in their passions expressed through their songwriting. Lee and Andrew are the truest of folk musicians in the way they both have made life-long careers of researching and  uncovering the lost stories and songs they share with their audiences.
