Ryan Thoreson’s work focuses on LGBT children’s rights, LGBT youth issues in the U.S. and internationally, and the balance of religious liberty and sexual rights. He is the Yale Law School Robert L. Bernstein International Human Rights Fellow at Human Rights Watch. He also was a research fellow at OutRight Action International, and is the author of Transnational LGBT Activism: Working for Sexual Rights Worldwide (2014).  Thoreson teaches about sexuality, law and politics as an adjunct
