Skin Tones Ballet project at Arts on The Row with Miguel Morna Freitas

The evocative work of Miguel Morna Freitas is featured in the Skin Tones Ballet Project exhibit on display at The Promenade Arts on The Row event on June 8th sponsored by the Bolingbrook Arts Council.

This project provides ballet lovers and teachers with educational fine art prints featuring dancers of all skin tones performing classical ballet positions. The mission of this project is to broaden the look of classical ballet and recognize all hues of humanity.

Skin Tones Ballet co-founder and fine art photographer, Miguel Morna Freitas, has been invited by the Bolingbrook Arts Council as one of two local artists to exhibit at Arts On The Row on June 8th, 6-9 PM at The Promenade Bolingbrook.

He will be showcasing two of the five fine art print collections and poster of the Skin Tones Ballet project.

The artist display will run parallel to The Promenade’s FREE Summer Sunset Concert Series.
