Senior Suburban Orchestra Free Sight Reading Sessions

Dan Pasquale D’Andrea, the Music Director for the SSO, will conduct both events.

Both sessions will take place at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ located at 5739 Dunham Road, in Downers Grove.

In July we will sight-read the Franck D minor Symphony, and in August we will sight-read two pieces by Debussy: La Mer [The Sea] and Prelude to The Afternoon of a Faun.

These sessions are open to all musicians in the area, not only the members of the SSO. Openings for all strings and selected winds/percussion. There is no charge, no audition, and no age limit.

Participating musicians will need to bring their instruments and their own music stands.
