Amstutz Awardee Major General Mark Inch, U.S. Army (ret.) is a member of the Wheaton College Class of 1982, majoring in archeology. He served as Florida's 12th Secretary of Corrections from January 2019 until his retirement in December 2021, completing 40 years of public service.
