Join the Glen Ellyn Historical Society as we welcome author Sherryl Brown who will discuss sculptor Johann Eyfells. In Central Florida he is known as the Grandfather of sculpture.

Author Sherryl Brown will present on the brilliant and prolific sculptor, Johann Eyfells. Johann Eyfells was an Avant Gard modern sculptor and former professor of fine art at the University of Central Florida for 30 years. The son of an Icelandic landscape painter, born June 21, 1923 in Reykjavik, Iceland, he studied architecture at the University of California (Berkeley) and the University of Florida in Gainsville. PARKING INFO

There is convenient, free parking in our lot. If the lot is full, additional parking is located behind Stacy's Tavern Museum. If school is closed, you may also park by the elementary school, or across the street at the District 41 Administration Building. There is also parking on nearby residential streets, but watch for directional signs as not all side streets allow parking on both sides.
