Ben Calvert is a third-generation printmaker, specializing in woodblock relief prints. His art originated as a mechanism to help him deal with grief. He enjoys creating images that are at once familiar, yet open to interpretation.

Benjamin Calvert III is a third-generation printmaker, specializing in woodblock relief prints. His art originated as a mechanism to help him deal with grief. He started woodblock printing by taking an independent study course at Knox College. He loves hearing interpretations of his work from others, and enjoys creating images that are at once familiar, yet open to interpretation. Visitors are welcome; fee is $10.
