Ben Calvert is a third-generation printmaker, specializing in woodblock relief prints. His art originated as a mechanism to help him deal with grief. He enjoys creating images that are at once familiar, yet open to interpretation.

Benjamin Calvert III is a third-generation printmaker, specializing in woodblock relief prints. His art originated as a mechanism to help him deal with grief. He started woodblock printing by taking an independent study course at Knox College.
