Reflections of the Rus' February 11 Concert

Flutist Adam Sadberry – one of the Washington Post’s 23 for ’23 Artists to Watch – in Khachaturian’s virtuosic Concerto, originally for violin, along with Tchaikovsky’s magnificent Symphony No. 3, known as the Polish.

Flutist Adam Sadberry joins the DSO on February 11 to perform Aram Khachaturian’s magnificent Flute Concerto – originally written for violin – with a “stunningly high level of artistry.” Khachaturian brilliantly fuses Armenian folk music and Middle Eastern influences with Western Classical music to create a unique and exciting soundscape.
