Opening Reception: On a Grand Scale Exhibit

The theme is “On a Grand Scale” and the gallery is full of works that are large in scale or impact in oil, acrylic, mosaic, and mixed media. Artists include Marianne Andersen, Valerie Cocks, Christie Gabriel, Michelle Lusader, and Lambert Lucietto from Bartlett;  Kate Burlette and Jade Morem from Streamwood;  Greta Pfeifer from Hanover Park; Joanne Barsanti from Roselle, Linda Kay and Cynthia Meier from Elgin, Kathy Manning from West Chicago; Barbara Lipkin and June Padovani from Naperville, and William Worcester from Aurora.

Artists in the exhibit will give a gallery talk about their works at 8 pm.

Music by TATIANGO viola/piano duo

Tatiana Kotova, Arts in Bartlett member and professional violist in her native Russia and later in Finland and now Illinois, is one half of the  “Tatiango” duo with pianist Tatiana Erokhina, who performed in St. Petersburg, Russiia and now teaches and performs in the Champaign-Urbana area. They will perform at this recepiton from 7 to 8 p.m.
