This concert features Rachmaninoff’s Concerto 1 in F-sharp minor, Concerto 2 in C minor and Concerto 3 in D-minor. Concerto 2 is one of Rachmaninoff’s most enduring works while Concerto 1 was actually Rachmaninoff's second attempt at a piano concerto and is very different from his later works.
