Naperville Park District: A Night at the Movies

Join the Naperville Park District outdoors for a fun and free Friday night kick-off to the weekend featuring a family-friendly movie at A Night at the Movies! Bring your own folding chairs or a blanket. Please be aware of the varying start times of each movie.

July 28: “Minions: The Rise of Gru” at Rotary Hill at 8:30 p.m.
The untold story of one twelve-year-old’s dream to become the world’s greatest supervillain.

Aug. 11: “School of Rock” at 95th Street Community Plaza at 8:15 p.m.
After being kicked out of his rock band, Dewey Finn becomes a substitute teacher of an uptight elementary private school, only to try and turn his class into a rock band.

Aug. 25: “Strange World” at Rotary Hill at 8 p.m.
The legendary Clades are a family of explorers whose differences threaten to topple their latest and most crucial mission.

Sept. 8: “Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile” at 95th Street Community Plaza at 7:30 p.m.
Feature film based on the children’s book about a crocodile that lives in New York City.

Sept. 22: “Lightyear” at Rotary Hill at 7 p.m.
While spending years attempting to return home, marooned Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear encounters an army of ruthless robots commanded by Zurg who are attempting to steal his fuel source.
