Japanese Textiles

Kathy O'Neal, an Indiana weaver, will present an overview of Japanese textiles, focusing on color, weave structure, dying and other surface design techniques.  The textiles range from those designed for daily use by working families to those for special occasions.  After the slide presentation there will be many samples to touch and examine closely.
