Arts DuPage Month Perk: A reception was created expressly for the Arts DuPage Month Celebration!

Schedule of Activities for the Grand Opening:

4:15 pm: Ribbon Cutting — Celebration with live entertainment by “Two Cool” and light refreshments throughout the evening.

7:30 pm: Art demonstration by artist “Gary Brown”.

8:15 pm: Entry deadline for “Name the Art Piece” contest and raffle tickets.

8:15 pm: Raffle ticket winners announced.

8:45 pm: “Name the Art Piece” contest winner announced, prize received. Winner must be present.

10:00 pm: Close of celebration.

Meet the artist Gary Brown:

Graduate from the Chicago Academy of Art. Gary has been creating mixed-media art & drawing since he was a child.  It has been within the past 10 years that Gary had begun to shift his career focus from an Art Director / Graphic Designer, to a Fine Artist.  Gary’s art has been displayed in multiple Chicago and Suburban galleries and businesses.  He has received several awards including Best of Show and Judges Awards. In April 2019, Gary opened the doors to his first art gallery / studio, at 7 S. Broadway, Aurora.  While exploring Gary’s art creations, you will find a variety of objects, colors, shapes, and textures, that are pulled together making a new creation. This is guaranteed to stimulate your mind and often brings a smile to your face!
