Frida Kahlo's Drive-by Birthday Celebration

To celebrate the 113th birthday of Frida Kahlo on July 6th we’re hosting a drive-by party! Decorate your car, put your seatbelts on and roll down your windows to join the Frida Kahlo drive-by birthday party at the entrance of The McAninch Arts Center.

We’ll have the joyous Mariachi Monumental De México playing the traditional birthday song, Las Mañanitas, a delicious bundtlet from Nothing Bundt Cake individually wrapped with a quote by Frida Kahlo (for the first 50 cars) and a larger than life Frida Kahlo surprise that needs to be seen to be believed! Dress up in Frida-inspired clothing, flower crowns and accessories for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate to a local restaurant.

To keep the celebration rolling, we’ll also be offering a one day, July 6th special offer of $6 off all tickets to Frida Kahlo: Timeless – our 2021 exhibition! Discounts will only be available online at Frida2021.org with the code FRIDA6.
