Free Art Program

In this program a professional art therapist offers different art experiences each week using a variety of supplies such as paint, collage, colored pencils, pastels, etc. This program is primarily for adults who have a diagnosis of a mental illness and their family members and friends, however we welcome anyone who wants to use the art making experience as a way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness.
