Fourth Thursday Pop-Up: Shelf Life: The Story of Lanzi Candy

Documentary film screening followed by a brief Q&A session with the film’s creator, Michael Lahey. This screening is in conjunction with the Sweet Home Chicago exhibit at Naper Settlement.

Documentary film that uses candy making to examine the deeper, universal themes of family legacies and succession, immigration, and the American Dream. The film will be followed by a brief Q&A session with the film’s creator, Michael Lahey. This screening is in conjunction with the Sweet Home Chicago exhibit at Naper Settlement.
