Who We Are
Acappellago, founded in 2002, is an a’cappella chamber choir performing in the western suburbs of Chicago. We are thrilled to invite you to join us as we “escape” to many places and times through the joys of a’cappella music.
Acappellago’s special appearances have included Chicago Composer’s Forum’s first John Cage’s “Musicircus” in September 2005, and singing the Star-Spangled Banner for the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bandits, Chicago Fire, Chicago White Sox, Chicago Steel, Kane County Cougars, and Schaumburg Boomers.
While targeting the ever-growing western suburbs of Chicago, our venues are easily accessible from the major expressways and we draw on the greater Chicago area for our performers and our audiences.
