Drury Lane Kitchen Masterclass: Artisan Pizza Workshop

Master the craft of artisan pizza from Executive Chef Troy Tornabeni. Chef will demonstrate how your dough was made before teaching you how to make a perfectly seasoned sauce from scratch. Add cheese and your favorite toppings, then enjoy a house salad while your pizza cooks; drinks and desserts will be available for purchase. You’ll leave this masterclass with the recipe for the pizza sauce as well as the dough used in class and a piece of the sourdough starter so you can take your skills to the next level by making the crust from scratch, too!
