The Downers Grove Choral Society, under the direction of Artistic Director John Patrick Rakes, continues its exciting 59th Season on Sunday, April 29, 2018. Women of Note will feature World premieres of Naperville composer Paul Scherer’s Femme Noire, Mother Nature and A Woman of Valor. This concert, with professional orchestra, will also include Amy Beach and Hildegard von Bingen. Tickets in advance are $20, $15 Senior, $10 Student. At the door tickets are $22, $17 Senior, $12 Student.
